These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the cleaning services provided by Swiftly Emmaculate ("we", "us", or "our") in Bellevue, WA and the surrounding Eastside. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including regular and deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office and janitorial services, retail cleaning, post-construction cleanup, and related specialized services. The specific scope of each job is agreed with you before work begins.
2. Quotes & Bookings
- Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you supply about your property and requirements.
- A quote is an estimate; the final price may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from what was described (for example, size, condition, or scope).
- A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the service, date, and time with you.
3. Access & Preparation
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time, whether in person, by key, lockbox, or entry code. Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or lockouts on arrival, may be subject to a fee to cover reserved time.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes and will notify you promptly if we must reschedule.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, recurring or commercial contracts with invoicing terms). Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any area of your clean, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. This guarantee covers workmanship and does not extend to pre-existing damage, permanent staining, or wear.
7. Our Products & Equipment
We supply our own eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products and equipment. If you require us to use a specific product you provide, you accept responsibility for its suitability, and we are not liable for any resulting damage to surfaces or materials.
8. Liability
- We are licensed, bonded, and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our negligence, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the matter.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, faulty or improperly installed items, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Non-Solicitation
To protect our business and team, you agree not to directly hire or solicit any Swiftly Emmaculate team member for private cleaning services outside of our company during, and for 12 months following, your engagement with us.
10. Careers Applications
Information and documents submitted through our Careers page are used solely to evaluate your application. Submitting an application does not constitute an offer of employment.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page with the most recent "Last updated" date applies to your use of our website and services.
